  3. 3Invite participants via email or shareable links. Track RSVP status and send reminders as needed.
  4. 4Run the session from the moderator workspace: admit participants, start and reset activities, and monitor live responses.
  5. 5Close with confidence—generate shareable summaries, download archives, or duplicate the session for next time.
