Participant directions

Joining a Codazo session is quick and secure.

  1. 1Open the invite link or enter the join code and passcode on codazo.app.
  2. 2Complete the RSVP so the moderator knows you plan to attend and add the calendar invite to your schedule.
  3. 3If the session uses a lobby, sign in (when required) and wait for the moderator to admit you.
  4. 4Engage with activities in real time—vote, prioritize, and share candid feedback without refreshing.
  5. 5Review the post-session summary (when shared) to revisit insights and next steps.
